Senior Vice President, Business Marketing, AT&T Business

Alicia has been part of AT&T’s Sales and Marketing team since 1991, serving in several highly visible,
strategic roles. She is passionate about mentorship and advancing women in technology.

As Senior Vice President, Business Marketing, Alicia is responsible for planning and executing marketing
strategies to drive growth and promote brand loyalty. She leads efforts to optimize channel mix and
improve customer penetration and tenure using data and customer analytics, marketing
communications and targeted demand generation efforts.

Previously, Alicia served as Vice President, Cybersecurity where she was responsible for developing and
executing the commercial strategies to drive business growth and market share. This included product
and supplier management, marketing and demand generation, and the enablement of AT&T’s sales
resources to successfully position AT&T Cybersecurity products and solutions.

Before joining AT&T Cybersecurity, Alicia was the Vice President of Channel Marketing for small and
midsize businesses. Her broad leadership experience includes serving as the Chief of Staff for AT&T’s
president of Business Sales and on the integration team during the SBC and AT&T merger. Prior, she
spent nearly a decade building the Marketing Communications practice for AT&T Business.

Earlier in her career, Alicia worked in complex offer development for the financial services sector,
helping drive over $3 billion in annual revenue. She started her AT&T career as an Account Executive in
White Plains, selling voice and data networks to commercial customers such as Kraft General Foods and
Philip Morris.

Alicia is on the Advisory Board of Professionals 50 Forward. She’s also involved in many of AT&T’s
Employee Groups worldwide including Women of AT&T, The Women of Business, LEAGUE, and The
Intertribal Council of AT&T Employees. She was selected as one of the 25 Best Marketers by BtoB
Magazine and has been recognized twice by CRN as one of the Power 100: Most Powerful Women of the
Channel.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Lehigh University and lives with her husband
in North Texas.
