AT&T Cybersecurity works with expert deployment partners to assist customers with initial deployment, configuration, and customization. Each partner has completed extensive product training and has successfully completed many engagements at customer sites. To scope an engagement for your specific environment, please contact us.

What is the cancellation policy for Professional Services hours?
We require 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled consultation. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance of your consultation will result in the loss of hours in accordance with the schedule outlined below:
< 48 hours: You will forfeit half of the scheduled appointment time (e.g. 2-hour appointment // 1 hour lost)
No Show, Same-day Cancellation: The entire scheduled appointment time is forfeited.
Who delivers Professional Services?
Many of our services are subcontracted to external consultants. Our full list of these consulting organizations is at the bottom of the page. For AT&T Threat Detection and Response for Government, you will be connected with a U.S. based AT&T Cybersecurity Consultant to kick off the process.
What is my expiration date for Professional Services?
Your Professional Services hours are valid for up to 180 days after purchase.
