Support services and options
LightSpeed technical support is offered to all USM Anywhere and USM Appliance customers with an active Support & Maintenance contract. With AT&T Cybersecurity’s LightSpeed support you will receive direct access to AT&T Cybersecurity certified experts (ACE’s) where you can:
- Work directly with an ACE to quickly analyze your specific challenges and bring them to rapid resolution
- Receive instructions and guidance on how to properly configure AT&T Cybersecurity USM to achieve a specific behavior
- Obtain help in identifying unique challenges you are trying to solve and learn best practices to get the most benefit from the product
- Use as a single point of contact for RMA’s, software defects and product suggestions (we love those)
- Use the Success Center to submit, update, check status and manage all support cases
USM Anywhere service and support offerings
In addition to AT&T Cybersecurity’s expert LightSpeed support included with all AT&T Cybersecurity USM solutions, customers can take advantage of expanded support offerings available for the Standard and Premium Editions of USM Anywhere. This optional support package includes 24x7 support to extend our default technical support services, as well as faster initial responses times for all support cases.
AT&T Cybersecurity USM Anywhere LiftOff Packages are designed for every customer to get up and running quickly on USM Anywhere. Each LiftOff Package includes Implementation Services and Training. Implementation Services help you get your USM Anywhere deployment installed, configured, and optimally tuned to your environment. Training provides you with hands-on product training and expert guidance to help you manage and use your USM Anywhere solution.
AT&T Cybersecurity Professional Services offer a wide variety of options to help you deploy AT&T Cybersecurity USM Anywhere for the first time, implement additional AT&T Cybersecurity products, or deliver post-implementation “fine-tuning” of your existing environment. Our industry and application experts are available when you need them to help you reach your key business goals.

Led by security professionals, AT&T Cybersecurity training classes provide the instruction and hands-on practice needed to design, install, deploy, configure, and operate our Unified Security Management products.
