James Rodriguez is a SOC MES Threat Hunter and started with AT&T’s Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) team in July of 2021 as a SOC analyst. James graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Cyber Security. James’s previous experience include being an L2 Technical Support Specialist for a Web Hosting company in San Antonio. He enjoys assisting clients with incident response (IR) and finding the best results for risk mitigation and detection. He also takes pleasure in mentoring his fellow analysts and enhancing their abilities.
