Dustin Swening joined AT&T’s Managed Threat Detection and Response (MTDR) team as a SOC analyst in April of 2020. Dustin holds five years of diverse experience encompassing on-the-ground networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity and telecommunications. He possesses a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity & Information Security, as well as an assortment of industry certifications. Dustin is a security enthusiast that is constantly pursuing subject-matter expertise and the expansion of his security knowledge through means such as completing his master’s degree in Cybersecurity & Information Security and augmenting his repertoire of certifications. Lastly and most importantly, Dustin is eager to continue his path in the world of cybersecurity and continually seeks out opportunities to strengthen complex IT environments while also preventing attacks where possible.
