GDPR Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for AlienVault Customers

As you are likely aware, the new EU data privacy regulation called the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) became effective on May 25, 2018. The GDPR strengthens the privacy rights granted to EU individuals and introduces new and enhanced obligations on how organizations worldwide will collect, use, and manage personal data.

AlienVault is committed to compliance with the GDPR. As part of AlienVault’s efforts to comply with GDPR, we have compiled a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that provides our customers (that’s you!) with a documented summary of the policies and processes we have established to ensure GDPR compliance. This DPA is designed to be mutually executed by AlienVault and our customers.

• Download and review the DPA below.
• It has been pre-signed by AlienVault.
• Provide an authorized signature.
• Scan and return via email to GDPR-DPA@alienvault.com.
